- 1 tbs miso
- 200 ml water
- seaweed optional
- konbu optional
- tofu optional
- shiitake optional
- spring onion optional
- ramen noodles optional
- anything else you like optional
Prepare all ingredients. Cut the vegetables, cook them, cook the noodles, and prepare other ingredients.
Mix one tablespoon with 200 ml water, or untill your mug or cup is filled. The amount of miso or water depends on your own preference, so experiment and taste in between. Like a strong flavour? Add more miso, if not, add more water.
Add all the prepared ingredients to the miso soup. Enjoy!
